The MMS Rural Clinic, located at 103 Ruby Street in Stephens, Arkansas, is your hometown provider of quality, effective, and compassionate care for all members of your family.

The MMS Rural Clinic provides services in primary care, pediatric care, women’s health, geriatric care, immunizations, wellness exams, weight loss management, mental health, opioid use disorders, acute care, and more.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
